At Alltech’s Lexington Brewing and Distilling Company — better known as Kentucky Ale^® — in downtown Lexington, we have been brewing award-winning beers since 2000. Our family of  beers include Kentucky Ale^®, Kentucky Light^®, Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Stout and the renowned Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale^®. We began distilling several years later, and have since developed a line of spirits including Bluegrass Sundown™, Pearse Lyons Reserve™, and our newest beverage, Town Branch^® Bourbon.
